Meet Ariel
Hi there!
My name is Ariel and I am a Real Estate Broker with Royal LePage.
I grew up in Toronto, with my family all living in the west, mostly in the Baby Point and High Park neighbourhoods. My original stomping grounds spanned across Roncesvalles, High Park, Bloor West Village, and later on, the Junction. When my siblings and I were kids, we weren’t allowed there – the Junction was not the cleaned-up, exciting and gentrified neighbourhood that it is now. I’ve seen Toronto change and have been amazed at the rapid growth of its population and increasing diversity. Throughout it all, I marvel at how a city our size still has so much nature around it. Our abundant and beautiful nature is one of my favourite things about Toronto. I am lucky to be Torontonian.
I have two college diplomas in the fields of athletics and recreation. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management– focused on Hospitality Management.
I’ve taken what I know – my skills in customer service, marketing, creativity, and managing a business – and have brought them all to a career in real estate. I love being the person who people turn to for guidance and protection, this is so important when dealing with huge real estate investments. I also enjoy negotiating; I believe that there is a class and an art to negotiating that may be getting lost in the world today.
I am most proud to be a part of Royal LePage. We share the same values, values like those of integrity, giving back and working as a team.

I have known Ariel for several years, and started working with her based on the recommendation of a family member. She has been instrumental in helping me lease my downtown condo, and this time she really pulled off a small miracle.
My previous tenant was moving out in a haste, just as the pandemic was settling in, so I called Ariel again for some advice and guidance about what to do during such a turbulent time. She explained the current state of the condo market and it was looking quite dismal at that time - my building already had several units for rent, they had been on the market for weeks, and prices were quickly declining. This wasn't going to be easy.
I put my trust in Ariel and within a day, she had my condo listed on realtor.ca - along with supporting social media and community posts - and organized the photography to put my condo in the best light for potential tenants.
I was very pleasantly surprised when she followed up to let me know that we had a wonderful tenant, fully vetted, and ready to sign - in under two weeks! Many of the condo units that were listed before mine, were still waiting to be rented, and their prices had dropped significantly lower than the lease contract Ariel negotiated for me.
Needless to say, it's been a pleasure to work with Ariel - she is professional and has a wealth of knowledge on current and projected real estate markets!
